Every Saturday at 10:30 AM, Buffalo United Martial Arts offers a free beginner’s lesson in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The LENS will be there… sweating and rolling with you! Wear comfortable shorts and shirt or sweats (no gi or special gear required). Be prepared to sign a waiver (it’s safe! just not too safe).
